DAMAGE INSURANCE CLAIM PROCESS

Leehan Retails Pvt. Ltd. is the service facilitator for Insurance claims & third party applications including for all other features of this product. Insurance is complementary with syska secure pack.

A) REPAIR LOSS

Step 1: 
Customer to call toll free Customer care no 1800 300 270 90 and report incident within 48 hours.

Step 2:
Call Center Executive will guide about list of documents required and provides with “Claim Identification Number(CIN)”

List of Documents are :
• Three photographs of the damaged handset (1 photo showing IMEI number clearly and the other 2 showing damages)
• Photocopy of original bill on Claimant's name
• KYC documents: Self attested photo ID proof of Claimant
• Insurance Claim Form completely filled and duly signed by the Claimant
• Incident report
• Cancelled Cheque
• Medical Certificate (Only from MBBS or Relevant Specialist Doctor):
 · Required for all accident cases.
 · Required for all Beaten up or Hit & Run cases
Note:If the customer purchases any of the covered brand of phones online,we will require his product delivery invoice/email later during the documentation process of his claim.

Step 3:
Syska Gadget Secure Service Coordinator will contact customer and guide him to nearest Authorised Service Center.

Step 4:
Authorised Service Center will upload documents on portal along with repair estimate for insurance approval.

Step 5:
If case is approved the handset is repaired and customer is intimated about delivery date.

Step 6:
If case is rejected, customer is informed via sms.

NOTE:

In case the customer's case gets rejected the repairing of his handset will be done by him on his own, then the same should be done from the Authorized Service center else we will not be able to process his claim in future.

For iPhone Users:

Customers have to switch off “Find my Phone” before submitting the handset to ASC. Unless its switched off ASC will not be able to replace the handset. This will fasten the replacement process for iphone.

The customers who are willing to withdraw their claim or want to have their handset back without getting it repaired, after submitting their apple devices to the service centre for repair/replacement and the estimation is already produced then they will have to pay Rs.2500/- for having their handset back without repair.

Incase of Partial Loss Claim, Customer need to pay as per below listing.

B) TOTAL LOSS

In case of total loss, depreciation value will be deducted from the total eligible value of the handset, remaining amount will be transferred to customer’s account.

Depreciation applied to coupons registered on or after 17 July 2015 - Other devices
Partial Loss - Other devices
Within 6 month of registration: 0% depreciation of eligible value
After 6 month of registration: 0% depreciation of eligible value
Total Loss - Other devices
Within 6 month of registration: 25% depreciation of Invoice value
After 6 month of registration: 50% depreciation of Invoice value
Theft - Other devices
Within 6 month of registration: 25% depreciation of Invoice value
After 6 month of registration: 50% depreciation of Invoice value

 Apple depreciation (Decided by the service center whether to repair/replace/refund):

Depreciation applied to coupons registered on or after 17 July 2015 - Apple products
Partial Loss - Apple Products
Within 6 month of registration: 0% depreciation of eligible value
After 6 month of registration: 0% depreciation of eligible value
Replacement - Apple products
Within 6 month of registration: 25% of Estimation value to be paid by the customer
After 6 month of registration: 50% of Estimation value to be paid by the customer
Refund - Apple products
Within 6 month of registration: 25% depreciation of Invoice value
After 6 month of registration: 50% depreciation of Invoice value

Depreciation slab can change as per discretion of insurance company subject to prior intimation to customer, details of same will be updated on application and website.

Kindly arrange the documents & upload in below mentioned link within 30 days from Incident Date, failing which the claim request will be considered withdrawn. Customer Login
